What are the challenges facing German online retailers? According to a recent study by the software manufacturer Shopware, legal changes such as the Packaging Act, which comes into force on January 1, 2019, are the main challenges facing shop operators. 56 percent of those surveyed feel particularly challenged by such new regulations.
