Jointly with partners and customers, mgm has put into practice in both presentation and panel discussion impressively and lively the solutions.hamburg’s motto „Digitisation is a team sport“: The interactive presentation of “Organisations in transformation – the future is now!“ made the participants experience live what change means for everybody, what it triggers emotionally. An overall colourful mixture of conference topics gave a good insight into the quite different approaches companies take with respect to change processes. And how, by that, organization and management change respectively will continuously be changing. During the final panel discussion „Perspectives of digitisation – how change can succeed“, which was moderated and co-shaped by us, the key factors for a successful digital transformation were worked out again. Bottom line: There are no simple blue prints for companies but approaches and methods for designing and implementing transformation and learning processes more successfully.
